We have negotiated specially discounted rates with some hotels which are located near the M.N. Miheev Institute of Metal Physics or near the railway station.
Please note, that the Organizing Committee does not book rooms for the EASTMAG participants. The EASTMAG participants have to do it by themselves. Below you can find the list of the recommended hotels with the prices. Prices are valid when booking for the code word "EASTMAG"
In some hotels only direct booking via hotel website or e-mail is available for the dates of EASTMAG-2019. Please find the recommended hotels below.
«Oktyabrskaya» Hotel is comfortably situated 150 meters from the Institute of Metal Physics. (price list, map)
Richmond hotel is located 15 minutes walk from the Institute of Metal Physics. (price list, map)
Grand Hall Hotel is located 30 minutes walk from the Institute of Metal Physics. (price list, map)
TESSA Hotel is located 10 minutes from the Institute of Metal Physics. (price list, map)
«Vera» Hotel is located 15 minutes from the Institute of Metal Physics. (price list, map)
Marins Park Hotel Yekaterinburg is located near the railway station. For participants staying at Marins Park Hotel during EASTMAG session days the transfer to the Institute of Metal Physics will be organized. (price list)
The EASTMAG participants can choose any other hotel in Ekaterinburg, which is not included into the list.
The organizers of the AMM satellite conference inform about the possibility to book rooms at the Onegin Hotel, where the AMM conference will be held. There are about 10 rooms available at a reduced price. If you want to book a room at the Onegin Hotel or get more information, please contact us eastmag2019@imp.uran.ru or the organizers of AMM nadya@iqms.ru no later than July 1, 2019.

Уважаемые участники EASTMAG-2019!
Кроме указанных выше гостиниц мы дополнительно предлагаем Вам забронировать номера в отелях «TENET» или «Де Пари» , гостинице «Вуз-сервис» (в здании общежития Урфу ) или же в апартаментах. Все места размещения находятся в центральных районах города Екатеринбурга либо в пешей доступности, либо в нескольких остановках езды на общественном транспорте до места проведения конференции. С полным описанием гостиниц и апартаментов, а также с прайсами Вы можете ознакомиться здесь. Все отчетные документы на оказание гостиничных услуг будут предоставлены Туристической компанией «Солнечные путешествия».
Информация о порядке оплаты и предоставлении документов будет выслана заказчикам после получения заявки о бронировании.
