We are glad to inform you that full-length proceeding papers have been published in Journal of Physics: Conference Series. The articles are available at https://iopscience.iop.org/issue/1742-6596/1389/1.

Dear participants of the EASTMAG-2019 Symposium!
We planned to publish regular proceeding papers of EASTMAG-2019 in EPJ Web of Conferences. Unfortunately, this journal was recently removed from the SCOPUS indexing that makes it less appropriate for the EASTMAG-2019 proceedings. Based on this fact, we decided to change the journal for the EASTMAG-2019 proceedings to Journal of Physics: Conference Series (JPCS). This journal is indexed in SCOPUS. All the referee reports and accepted papers will be transferred to JPCS without further delays.

The license agreement of JPCS is posted here. Please read it carefully. There is no need to sign it, you agree with it by sending us your manuscript in the JPCS format.
If the manuscript is not formatted in accordance with the guidelines from the Journal of Physics: Conference Series, the publication of the manuscript will be denied .
We apologize for any inconveniences caused by this decision.
If the authors do not want their article to be published in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series, the authors can refuse to publish by notifying them in a response letter. At that, the authors retain the right to submit the manuscript for publication in any other journal that they choose.
The deadline of abstract submission has been extended to May 5. This is the last date, it will not be changed.
All abstracts should be submitted in MS Word (*.doc, *.docx) or LaTeX (*.tex) formats via the Abstract Submission Form only, available on the personal account no later than April 30, 2019. Abstracts sent via email, fax, or regular mail will not be processed or acknowledged. NO confirmation letter will be sent after submission – every participant is able to see, open, change and delete all uploaded files in personal account. Please, feel free to update submitted by you file any time prior to the deadline (April 30, 2019).
All abstracts must be written in English. The abstract should be fitted on A4 sized (210 mm x 297 mm) paper, single-sided with top, side, and bottom margins of 25 mm. Use formatting of paragraphs and page layout of the templates.
The abstract must not exceed two page including text, figures, tables, acknowledgements, references etc.
All figures (*.pdf, *.eps, *.ps, *.tiff, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.png formats, refer with: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, ...) should be presented as part of the text, leaving enough space so that the caption will not be confused with the text, and must be upload as separate files. Image resolution must be at least 300 dpi.
To compile the LaTeX template, texlive-latex-extra should be installed/updated.
The abstracts will be reviewed, and notification of acceptance/rejection will be emailed by end of May, 2019.

SUBMISSION OF MANUSCRIPTS
Authors with abstracts accepted for presentation at EASTMAG-2019 are invited to contribute full-length papers to special or regular issues of the journal «Physics of Metals and Metallography» (PMM) or EPJ Web of Conferences.
Deadline for manuscript submission in the journal «Physics of Metals and Metallography» - June 21, 2019. EXTENDED!

The title of the manuscript should correspond to the abstracts title.
The manuscript together with the completed and scanned form of Copyright Transfer Agreement for PMM or License Agreement for JEP WoC should be uploaded to the EASTMAG website through the Personal account page http://eastmag2019.imp.uran.ru/?q=show_kabinet . The page for manuscript submission will be available from May 15, 2019.
The papers sent via email will not be considered.
The papers of the participants who have not paid the registration fee (up to the end of the Symposium) will not be published.
The PLENARY papers will be published in Special Issue of the journal «Physics of Metals and Metallography» (Volume 120, Number 13, December 2019).
The length of the paper (together with tables, figures and references) must not exceed 10 pages.

The INVITED papers will be published in regulars issues of the journal «Physics of Metals and Metallography»(in English) and in «Fizika Metallov I Metallovedenie» (in Russian) in the first half of 2020 (Volume 121, Numbers 1-6).
The length of the paper (together with tables, figures and references) must not exceed 7 pages.
For Russian-speaking authors (only for this category of papers) the text in Russian is desirable. Translation into English will be done by the publisher.
