Early Registration Fee payment (€ 400) - before July 1, 2019.

Late Registration Fee payment (€ 500) - after July 1, 2019.

Deadline for Registration Fee payment by the Russian participants from national organizations – August 1, 2019.

The registration and opening ceremony – September 8, 2019, Sunday.
